Set profiles to "private": The only people that can see your profile are people you have accepted as a "friend"
Only "friend" people you know in real life: Some kids think it is cool to have a large friend list, but it can be dangerous. It is also not a good idea to "friend" celebrities. It's probably not really them and it gives a lot of people access to your profile.
Be careful what you post: Kids are not getting into colleges or the jobs they want because of things they posted.
